If for any reason Clients cancel this Agreement more than 180 days before the Event, Venue will keep the retainer, but Clients will not be responsible for any remainder due. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by Clients and sent via email, pursuant to the Notice provision in Section 39. Confirmation of receipt of notification email by Venue must be obtained. If Clients fail to supply Notice of cancellation as specified before the Event or cancels within 180 days of the Event, Clients shall be required to pay the full balance due.

Wild Roots may allow pets on the property that are crated or leashed at all times. For approval, please inquire with Wild Roots management prior to booking.

When booking overnight accommodations, these spaces will be ready for check in by 3pm CST. Check out would be 10am CST.

There is always a chance it will rain the day of your event. We encourage you to consider your rain options as even our covered pavillion will not be water proof during heavy rains. Consider exploring our vendor list to rent a large outdoor tent as a backup.

Yes. While primitive fires are not allowed, we do have several options including a Traeger Grill and larger Smoker attached to a trailer.

All sites have access to fire pits. You are allowed to use these if there is not a county fire ban. All fires must be put out by midnight. We sell firewood if you need it.

Wild Roots is located pretty far aware from other homes in the area so noise is typically not a problem. We do ask that amplified music be brought to a reasonable level after 10pm.

We do not provide house keeping services. However if you need new sheets or extra towels we can provide those to you.

Unfortunately we do not allow individual accommodation rental. You can reserve all 3 tents or just the container home separately.

Wild Roots offers two 30/50amp connections for up to 2 RVs when the overnight accommodations package is purchased. We also have a connection for a food truck by the pavillion.

Yes, when you purchase the overnight accommodations package you can also invite guests in your party to bring their own tent and camp outside.

Our facilities, including guest accommodations areas embrace the natural landscape they are settled in. Consequently, we do not have ramps or elevators, and our bathrooms are not specifically designed for accessibility.

The venue does have a few handicap ramps around the pavillion where a receptions is typically held. We also have a golf cart available for your use to help others get around the property.

Thanks to Elon Musk we have Starlink which is a pretty decent internet connection. It is still a satellite however so rainy days pose an issue at times. And congrats on your EV decision. We don’t have anywhere you can charge it at the moment but there is a charging station at Buc-ee’s in Luling which is 11 min away.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas and dependent on burn ban conditions at the time. Smoking is prohibited inside of the tents and buildings.
