Located 15 minutes east of downtown Lockhart, the BBQ Capital of Texas, you will find exploring nearby attractions from San Antonio to Austin very accessible.

Here is what’s included in your venue rental….
The Pavillion & Beer Garden
Nestled in between our Lunchbox and Lounge, this covered patio is 40’x40’ and well lit for beautiful, nighttime events. Other features includes an 85” TV, propane heaters, wifi, and easy access to restrooms around the corner.
NOTE: While the pavilion will keep you dry when it is lightly raining, it will not stay dry during heavier rains.
The Lounge
Attached to the left side of our pavillion is an air conditioned getaway we call the Lounge. Built out of a 40’x8’ shipping container, this cozy space is a great retreat to escape noise, start a board game, enjoy a drink, or get some work done with access to the best wifi on the property.
The Lunchbox
To the right of the pavilion you will find convenient access to our commercial kitchen and serving area we call the Lunchbox. It comes equipped with:
Commercial gas stove and oven
Commercial fryer
LG full size refrigerator and freezer
Secondary cooler and bartender prep station
3 tub sink and food prep counter
The Turf Lawn
Just outside the Lunchbox you will see our 800 square feet of turfed lawn that can seat 150 guests very comfortably. Alternatively, it makes for a great space to add an outdoor movie experience to your event on our 20ft screen!
While we do our best to control the bugs, this is Texas so any outdoor event will be an open invitation to our neighboring insects.
Sand Volleyball & Heated Stock Tank Pools
No gathering is complete without at least one game of sand volleyball. Only ask is that you don’t take the sand with you into our very inviting stock tank pools. This is another great spot to kick back and watch the sunset or gaze at those big, bright Texas stars. The court is also lit for nighttime play.
The Pond & Hiking Trails
Our little man made pond is an opportunity to cool off in the summer or grab some floats and lay out on the water. This is also a great spot to take photos with those you love. If water is not your thing, enjoy a mile of heavily wooded, walking trails that weave throughout our 45 acre property.
Pickleball & Basketball Court
If you are considering a venue that does not have pickleball, your guests may still come to your event but they won’t have near as much fun! And yes, there is a huge light for nighttime play.
Fire Pits
Finally, you will find a mix of propane and wood fire pits around the property for you to kick back and enjoy.
Venue Pricing
The following rates are only available within a 6 month rolling window if space is available. To book the venue further in advance, refer to our wedding price guide for venue fees.
Event fees apply to any event you are planning that includes outside guests. Our overnight maximum occupancy is 28 but primitive camping and RV options for more guests are available.
Cleaning fee is $400 for an event without overnight accommodations and $700 for an event with overnight accommodations.
